The flagship ASW4000 Special Seat is certified as Taizhou Key First-set Equipment Product, belonging to high-performance Automotive Safety Seat and Special Equipment Seat. Equipped with self-developed buffer energy absorption structure covered by invention patents, this series can effectively absorb strong vibration and impact during heavy-load operation, greatly lowering driver fatigue and operation risk. For various land engineering vehicles, fire and police equipment, the Custom Special Vehicle Seat service supports fully personalized modification on mounting size, suspension stroke, heating/ventilation functions and appearance materials, perfectly matching different vehicle cabin structures.
For offshore marine operation scenarios, anti-salt spray and shock-resistant Special Marine Seat is exclusively developed. It adopts corrosion-proof stainless steel accessories and marine-grade anti-aging leather, stably adapting to long-term high humidity and high-salinity sea environments. All Special Seat, Automotive Safety Seat and Special Equipment Seat pass strict performance tests in the university joint laboratory, backed by 29 national patents to maintain stable long-term service performance.
The self-produced Micro Air Pump is the core pneumatic supporting component for all seating products. Available in 12V and 24V versions, the micro air pump features low noise, stable air output and long continuous working lifespan, responsible for seat height adjustment, angle control and auxiliary inflation. The matched supply of seats and Micro Air Pump helps overseas importers realize one-stop procurement and shorten project delivery cycles.
The factory owns standardized production workshops with an annual output of 30,000 sets of Special Seat and 20,000 units of Micro Air Pump, capable of handling both small sample orders and large annual bulk contracts.
